I know this sound crazy but no one will invest in a modern day refinary because of the attack on fossil fuel

In California, where it is legal, the California Highway Patrol officially recommends that you go under 10 MPH when splitting in stopped traffic. Why? If someone does have to open their door, they actually would have time enough to see a motorcyclist splitting and not open their door until safe. It is clear that the motorcyclist was not splitting at a safe speed in stopped traffic. This is called common sense. I highly recommend it.
