@InPostUK hello - locker bank UK00199933 does not scan parcels to send and if you manually put the code in it’s not recognised. I’ve tried a few times over a few weeks now. Also the ‘open locker remotely’ button doesn’t appear on the app either. Think it needs a reboot !

@GNRailUK ever since the 6.55 NBA>MOR became the 7.00 it has never been on time! So rather than being 5 mins later for work - I’m now usually 10 mins later for work!! Can it be a New Years Resolution for the train to run to its scheduled time? Thanks so much! 🤦🏻‍♀️

@GNRailUK Fare dodging still rife at #newbarnet. I actually pointed it out to the guard as it happened and he just nodded and smiled. Can we all do it then if it’s a joke to the staff? Disgusting how much we pay but yet others can get away for free!!

@GNRailUK when will processes be put in place to catch fare dodgers at #newbarnet station? Every day I see someone doing it but when I look at / call to the guards they just shrug! Appalling most of us pay such high prices when others get away paying nothing!!

@GNRailUK It tends to be mostly on the northbound / evening trains as there is a mass of people getting off at New Barnet so they can easily ‘hide’ I’ll DM who I saw today

@PickMeLK I’ve just arrived into Sri Lanka and downloaded your app. I’ve tried to add a payment card a few times but it wouldn’t accept it. The app now says I’m blocked permanently?? Please can you let me know what I can do? I’m here for 3 weeks!

@CazzaBea Morning Caroline. There are two things causing issues: broken rail between Cambridge and Royston, and a fault on the train in your screenshot - at the moment there's no estimate for when this service will depart Hatfield. ^Andy
