@Jayde8700 That won't happen.. I'm not a fan of Tim Horton's but it has a very loyal fan base.. Hopefully Dunkin' Donuts does get the support it needs to survive in the Canadian market. I'll be supporting Dunkin' Donuts.

Found this in a pair of jeans I thrifted. My coworker found out and she told me to bring it back to the thrift shop because it's the right thing to do even if it's just $10. She mentioned that if she found even a cent she would still return it. Would you return it? I think I have the right to keep it, but she's making me feel some type of way about it.

Dunkin Donuts is coming to #Canada and suddenly #TimHortons is making announcements and acting like it rediscovered customer service. Tim's quality has been sliding for years. The coffee changed. The menu became a collection of random experiments. Pizza at a donut shop still feels like somebody lost a bet. Then you have videos circulating online that appear to show insects and rodents around food areas and displays. Whether isolated or not, perception matters. Once customers start associating your brand with "I hope nothing in there moves," you've got a problem. They're nervous now. And they should be. I for one can't wait to try my first Dunkin Donuts coffee. Served to me by a Canadian or Canadian youth who live here instead of being imported, adding pressure to Canada's unemployment rate.
