Figma has THE WORST support and sales team. the process is so cumbersome and slow, it's like they don't want our money! @zoink @figma when we advocated for the Figma transition in Israel in 2016, I didn't think I'm advocating for the next ADOBE. what's up with that?!

@figma been trying and failing to publish a pluginfor an hour now, with endless re-imports, closing and reopening, trying the web and desktop versions. What's going on?

is there anyone from @figma I can share my session / issues with for this work flow. some glaring issues with this workflow that I assume could be easily fixed.

i am solo designer at a company and one of our mobile products has been in development for years. some code is in front of figma and some figma is in front of code. some of these figma files are split by feature names instead of 1 god file. what I would like to know is if the new figma agents/mcp would allow the reverse of what it mostly presents. can I reverse flutter code into a design system or can I collect repetitive concepts from multiple figma files and turn them into real components and design system. this is an issue at smaller scale with individuals with multiple roles that don't have the time to maintain a solid design system and are required to ship quickly. cc @figma @zoink

For example, if you invite someone to edit a FigJam or Slides file and they don’t have a paid seat yet, they may be assigned a collab seat to enable editing. If you’re currently limited to 6 calls, it’s because you’re on a View or Collab seat. To increase your usage, you would need to upgrade to a plan or seat with higher access (such as a Full seat). @figma Please fix glass! it ruins every prototype. The performance pisses of stake holders. Prototyping a design is vital and when it behaves poorly you will always suggest not to use glass ever.

Do more with Glass → Add it to any object, shape, or text → Round individual corners → Adjust the spread of light refraction with Splay → Apply variables from your design system
