Love booking and paying for business class on @AirCanada and then checking in the night before and seeing my seats changed to economy with no reasoning.. meanwhile.. paying for business but now in economy on a Rouge flight???? Wtf Air Canada???

Has this ever happened to you? An airline changes your flight and then asks you to pay to fix the problem they created. This happened to us with @AirCanada. Our complaint is marked as “resolved,” but we haven’t received a response. #AirCanada #CustomerService #TravelProblems

Hey @AirCanada - extremely disappointed with how my delayed baggage has been handled. I paid extra to check my baggage, and it’s now been 3 days with no meaningful update, no accountability, and apparently no idea where my bag even is.

@AirCanada super chill of you to move your gate to a location that isn’t accessible until 30mins before boarding. So people like me with disabilities and pre boarding have to wait outside without seating @TorontoPearson

@AirCanada-I was on 2 Air Canada flights today and there was a whole group of Indian folks on both flights who boarded even before zone 1. It didn't look like any of them needs any type of special assistance. I am just curious what scam these folks are running to board first.

Had the displeasure of flying in @AirCanada ‘s Airbus 321 on my Vancouver to Ottawa flight this weekend. They have shrunk the leg room so much that at 5’7 my knees were pressed up against the back seat. It borders on inhumane to make people sit in this cramped a space for 5 hours
