I like writing these updates. It's my diary I can look back on I’ll be honest. We missed our goal. Between the government shutdown and a quiet Q4, we fell short of the mark. Here is the deets on 2025, our 2026 pivots, and the numbers behind it all. 📊 The 2025 Recap Bids: 65 Wins: 15 Revenue: $7,000,000 Pending: 3 contracts in final negotiations. If these had closed in Dec, we would have cleared the goal. Instead, they’ll (hopefully) kickstart our 2026. The Reality Check: Q4 was stagnant due to the government shutdown. Without that friction, I’m confident the numbers would look different. But that’s the game. 🚀 2026 Strategy & Goals 1. Leveraging X for Growth I’m entering two new verticals completely unrelated to our primary business. I am partnering with experts I met right here on X. Structure: No salary. 50/50 profit share. The Goal: To see if I can truly leverage my network into operational equity. 2. The $10M Target The goal remains $10,000,000. Depending on current negotiations, we could be 50% of the way there by the end of January. 3. Fixing the "Bonus" Problem This year, we didn't give out bonuses. It feels like shit. Even though all my US staff make 6 figures, the cost of living makes it feel like it’s not enough. My #1 goal for 2026 is to pay them and the Colombian team more. 4. Quality Over Quantity (Protecting the Team) My Colombian team spent 2025 "getting kicked in the mouth" by a relentless bidding schedule. We are pivoting to compress margins on easier projects to keep the US crew busy while giving the Colombian team room to breathe. The Long View: I don’t see us exceeding $15M in revenue unless we open a physical office in the States. While that might happen if I start a family, for now, I’m happy staying lean and remote. 🚨More insider buying for micro-cap energy stock $EONR (we have a long position and may add. DYOR) Currently drilling for oil in a known/proven oil field. Results expected in 2026

Got the last driveway poured today and doing some punch out items this week and hoping to get these listed next week.
