come visit central Florida in August. not only is it 100 degrees, there is 100% humidity. then every afternoon is a monsoon with lightening and flash flooding, after that it turns into a sauna. daily. but at least I can say what I want on socials without being arrested

@contractorkeith Ah yeah. A nerd hexadecimal thing. Hex numbers are typically prefixed with “0x”. Eg: “0xdeadbeef”, “0x21”, “0xf”, etc.

What are all the “øx” in so many handles I see on 𝕏 mean? Never noticed it before..

@contractorkeith “0x” at the beginning of the handle is a nerd hexadecimal thing. I haven’t seen any “øx” variants. Got any examples?

Given all the drama this weekend on ReTwit, I'm going to repeat myself. Just because it's legal, doesn't mean it's ethical. Not being illegal doesn't make it right. "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should". And I'll follow up with... People have long memories in this business. If you fuck someone for $20k because you can, what are you going to do when it's six or seven figures? I'd never work with you, because I can never trust you to choose the right thing over immediate profit. Your inability to delay gratification makes you a liability.

One thing I've found Grok Build to be especially good at is analyzing repos, explaining them in detail, and then jumping in and suggesting new features. Here's a prompt you can use to do this: Please familiarize yourself with this repo, and to show your understanding, once you're done, explain it to me, and suggest a new feature you think would be interesting to add, and justify why.

Was at Home Depot on Saturday picking up some supplies to build a new patio / deck for our camper. Guy hops out of this truck and says “need a hand?” Nope all set sir, thanks for the offer I’m good. My wife and I have been looking for a house / land to build in the area his company is. I’m also looking to build a few new rental duplexes as well. Guess who I’ll be calling when I need excavation work. If your companies name is on the side of your truck don’t be afraid to be nice to people. You never know when they might call you for work….

Watched a show over the weekend called “Caribbean Life” where a girl who appeared to be in her 20s was buying a house, single family, in Exuma, Bahamas… and moving there full time. Her profession: Runs a non profit. Seems legit.
