TJ Maguranyanga realised he wanted to become a professional athlete at the age of 12. By high school, he already had a sports CV with footage of all his games. 📺 Listen to TJ Maguranyanga explain how he turned pro. TJ's talent was filmed primarily by his schools throughout high school at Falcon College in Zimbabwe and St Stithians College in South Africa. They used Hudl, a sports technology platform, to record all of TJ's games. 💡How it worked: Recruiters could contact the school directly to request specific clips or watch full games. These recordings were compiled into highlight reels and a sports CV documenting TJ's achievements in rugby, basketball, and track – perfect for presenting to pro teams. 📺 Watch the full episode as @baba_nyenyedzi joined by TJ Maguranyanga and Paddy Zhanda Jr. to discuss building elite athletes. @mawarirej The honest truth is we need players who have grown up in diaspora academies for now, ava vedu ava they seem to always fall short especially defenders, stupid mistakes throughout

As National Chairperson of Investment Promotion for Economic Development (IP4ED) I strongly advocate for Chinese mining entities operating in Zimbabwe to redirect their corporate social responsibility efforts. Instead of merely providing basic donations, they should invest in meaningful, sustainable projects that uplift local communities. Roads, schools, and other infrastructure improvements that will create lasting benefits for residents in the areas where they are extracting minerals ensuring they share in the wealth being extracted from their areas. Let us shift focus from superficial gestures to genuine, impactful investments that foster mutual prosperity, as encapsulated by the Chinese philosophy of "双赢合作" (Win win cooperation). Donating plastic dishes, vegetables seeds like what Sabi star did in buhera north it’s absolutely a mockery to us . We want real investments as you extract our minerals. Leaving no one and no place behind . #InvestInPeople #Zimbabwe
