@Emily__Willmott Wow, so many early applications! I didn't start applying until I finished uni in June/july. Accepted a job early Aug & started in Oct. Remember, most NHS jobs require about 2 months notice when you leave, so employers are used to waiting for their new starters. Good luck!

Doing Being Becoming Belonging is particularly relevant& Im influenced by a more global south perspective. Eg interdependence,connection with community&nature.
