@modernheroestv I know a sparky in the family thankfully , so that got sorted for me, but all new builds in the same developer here (still building 3 years later!) have them built in as well as the solar. It doesnt even cost them much to put Ev points in as standard! Anything to scrimp.

@ChargingFamily Just missed all that (EV chargers too - I have a useless 3 pin socket wired in 2.5mm, had to retrofit a new circuit)

These firms must absolutely rake it in every time the temperature is above about 20
