On 21st October JENGbA’s amendment to the Sentencing Bill was debated at the Committee of the whole House. The amendment would allow sentence reviews for people serving sentences under a law which has changed. Huge thank you to @ZoeFranklinLD for submitting the amendment! (1/2)

@WAlladin1 They rejected Alex’s @ccrcupdate application as they said that expert opinion (Sir BC plus others) that Alex could not have known what someone else would do in a fast moving 47 sec spontaneous affray due to ToM deficit was not correct because he did not have sensory overload 🤔

BREAKING TODAY indisputable fresh evidence from 2 top experts on my son Alex Henry’s case to go to @ccrcupdate; a scientific report to challenge the CCRC’s *LAY* opinion on ‘theory of mind’ which they said trumped that of Sir Simon Baron-Cohen et al, hence they threw his case out

Today, DHS law enforcement was conducting a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal alien wanted for violent assault. During the operation, an individual approached U.S. Border Patrol officers with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted. Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots. This violence is directly fueled by hateful rhetoric from Minnesota's sanctuary politicians. It must end now.

Merry Christmas 2025! The 13th without my brother and another six before I can hope to get him back. He’s just moved to HMP Oakwood which gives me comfort as it’s a nice prison. Someone should do a study on the place. It’s unusual how peaceful it is. #JointEnterprise
