@chelseayouth When you're selling your players to Champions League teams and buying others from sides that aren't in that competition, surely something is wrong. Especially if names like Lewis Hall are going *only* to fund expensive signings. #ChelseaFC

Last word on all of this today. I don't complain out of some sense of loyalty to the academy, or any bollocks about followers, clicks and impressions. It's borne out of an unwavering belief that Chelsea's best path to success is through a strong Cobham representation in the team.

I get selling #CFC academy players if you need to buy others but if they play in the same position, why bother? Even financially it doesn't make sense. I fear we are about to lose soul to this club when we could have had players who love it across the starting XI.

@MaryLiz1976 @daisytorme @SoVeryBritish Understood. But I think you have to consider it is meant to be incredibly snarky - "I *could* care less [but care so little about it that I haven't given it time to consider]'. I am a "couldn't" person, but think there is value to the "could" version.

@CharlieAMWade @daisytorme @SoVeryBritish It makes no sense - if you could care less then you care a certain amount, meaning that the thing has some significance to you. The point of the phrase is that you do not care at all, the thing has no significance.
