Most onboarding flows are built to show you every feature. But users don't want a tour. They want to feel like they've already won something in the first 30 seconds. The best onboarding I've seen doesn't teach you the product. It proves the product already understands you.

Every AI coding tool right now is designed for one person sitting alone. But that's not how teams actually ship product. The real unlock isn't making one engineer 10x faster. It's making a team of five feel like fifty. Nobody's cracked that yet.

The hardest part of building an AI product isn't the AI. It's earning trust from people who've been burned by every "smart" product that came before. Parents especially. They don't want clever. They want reliable. That one insight changed how we build everything at Joy.

I heard things like "I'm a master of my craft, I don't need AI." "I tried, it’s not that good." "My work requires human creativity, AI can't do this” Get on board or get left behind.

When I started going deep on AI and how it helps me day to day, I just assumed every professional around me was doing the same. Engineers, marketers, designers, PMs. They're not.

Please remember no matter how up you or other people seem right now. The stat is 85-90% of people leave in loss, despite how much they get up. I’m down to and will be degening. I’m swinging for the fences, but my most core basic “quote me” advice is this If your up enough that the money is highly life changing and your not already comfortably n passively rich my strongest advice is take 90% out now and start over with 10%. Will you miss tons of gains if we keep climbing. Yes. That’s not relevant. Leaving way up is leaving way up, which you are simply not likely to do if you ride it out. If you moved into gaming with me in November you are up 15-20x. You likely have a solid chunk on the table as we head into the post ATH phase 2 of the market. If it’s a lot. I again advise taking 90% off and restarting with 10%. Again the odds are 90% if you stay in you will not leave in profit. So if you ever wonder what my first line of advice is…it’s that. Anything else I say is second after that. Very few will listen to this. That’s fine, I’m not selling either. But when the inevitable blood bath comes I will point to this post and remind you what my #1 advice before everything else was. That said, let’s degen the F out. It’s amazing @YouTube are not doing more to prevent the blatant crypto scams that are paid adverts on their platform! They are using @saylor with badly dubbed ai voiceovers to entice victims.
