@Uber_Support uber has stolen my money & now won’t let me pay with my gift card balance. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I cannot get through to anyone on the phone!!! I want to speak with someone to log a complaint now.

@Uber_Support I am absolutely fuming. I have just redeemed a gift card through blue light card. This amount is now sat on my account under uber money but i cannot select this as a payment method!! What do i do, I did this to pre book an uber and am now £59 out of pocket.

@loveholidays Have just told me that they do not have a copy of my original booking confirmation, how ridiculous!!! Awful service. Sounds like you charge people for an early flight and then change it anyways so your in pocket!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS

@loveholidays Cannot call to speak to anyone, my fights have been changed (flights that I paid extra to have due to early flight charge) Love holidays are now refusing to refund me for the flights I am not even going on now due to their inconvenient change!!!😡😡😡😡

@HalifaxBank Awful service provided from Halifax when trying to locate payments to enable a refund !! Rubbish customer service, don’t bother choosing Halifax in future. Absolutely ridiculous that no one can help locate payments from 2020 on my accounts. Caused me so much stress!!
