It would be nice to have a custom dashboard of options info on my desktop, instead of running scans in TOS. Can I figure out how to program in python, tap into the @TDAmeritrade api for data to run the dashboard on my desktop?? I have zero programming experience! lol..let's see

@jakozloski I didn’t want kids . My wife wanted kids. We have 3. Spark is still sparkin’ 20y later If that would have been central issue , we would not have gotten married . N=1

One of the most predictive single variables for whether two people stay together long-term is whether they wanted kids on similar terms and timing. The variable shows up consistently in the breakup and divorce literature and most swipe apps don't even ask about it. For any marital infrastructure product, it should be one of the core variables around which the entire match is predicated.

I want to get into something competitive and physical to leverage my enhanced state. Outside of bodybuilding/powerlifting/pickle ball, what would you suggest for a 38 year old dad?

Eli Lilly released retatrutide Phase 3 data yesterday. 28% weight loss in 80 weeks. The most powerful obesity drug that’s ever been tested. And today the cancer signal drops. 12,112 patients. Seven tumor types. GLP-1 users had half the lung cancer metastasis rate (10% vs 22%). Breast cancer: 43% cut. Colon cancer five-year mortality in a separate study: 15.5% vs 37.1%. Cancer joins a list that already includes heart disease (SELECT, 20% MACE reduction), kidney failure (FLOW, 24% slower decline), sleep apnea (SURMOUNT-OSA, FDA-approved), addiction (BMJ, 600K veterans, 18-25% reduction across substances), and liver disease (86% fat clearance). Tumors express GLP-1 receptors. Activate them and NF-kB drops, apoptosis rises. The drug isn’t just shrinking fat. It’s talking directly to the cancer. One drug class. Designed for blood sugar. The biology keeps finding uses the designers didn’t predict.

We are cooked as a society. A guy on here said I'm delusional because I said plenty of thin people exist and that's mostly what I've dated 😭 Apparently that's the "top 2%" and statistically ridiculous to expect and I'd better have a top 2% body myself 😂 Am I crazy? I live in a big walkable city and I see tons of thin people...

@MarketPalmer_ I want something closer to a sprinter van, maybe on a smaller Semi chassis. Self drive all around the country, sleep in it, it should handle everything. Tahoe size is just an incremental step up, give me a living room on wheels.

When I started grad school, I knew a grad student who was about to graduate who just published a paper and cited Marx’s Das Kapital. So I asked him if he had read Marx in the original German and he says no. I told him then that’s academic misconduct and he could either retract 1/

Buyer beware This stuff seems to good to be true. How does this stuff stay fresh in a non vacuum sealed bag for so long? Ate it a couple times and had to toss it. Had well within the best by dates but my stomach wasn’t having it. Probably a massive histamine release but that’s just me

Being 43 is wild. People your age are living completely different lives. Some are grandparents. Some are raising toddlers. Some are newly divorced. Some are newly engaged. Some haven’t slept in three years. Some are in St. Tropez posting Aperol spritzes from a yacht. Some look 25. Some look like they personally remember the invention of Tupperware. Nobody got the same assignment.

is tate a sadist? everyone can tell he acts as sadistic to his women as possible. but the point of sadism is to see that the other is not destroyed by your destruction. it is a failure of women that they are so easily destroyed the way to neutralise and counter sadism is to basically show the other that their destruction of you didnt destroy you. to hold frame. because a woman's hysterical aggression and shittests are a demand for a better master. to hold frame against a woman's hysteria is the central tenet of game in the most traditional sense where tate goes wrong is that he thinks holding frame is to assert your Will harder until it dominates the other's. what i think it should be is: don't buy into their frame of hobbesian rivalry and hatred. respond with schopenhaurian compassion, so you can surpass the endless struggle of Will against Will but hysteria is a demand for a BETTER master, not a demand to be dominated. where most men fail at "game" when they try to hold frame is that they think being stubborn like a wall to maintain impose their frame on the woman is what it means to not get longhoused. but sex is knowledge and we seek to destroy the objet petit a and to know fully is to destroy fully so if a man responds predictably unyieldingly a woman can "know" him and have him destroyed in her mind hysteria is a demand for a better master but her hysteria shows she already sees you as her master (it's already a given, relax) so more than that her hysteria is a demand for you to show your ability to surpass yourself, to prove your capacity for love and grace and compassion and exceed the "inevitability" of Will against Will
sanje horah@sanjehorah

i might start watching andrew tate videos tbh this man has one of the best intuitive understandings of the discursive nature of power tate claims that as a man during courtship the woman has all the power. the man only has power after the woman has sex with him a woman really only begins to need you after she has sex with you. she needs you to be nice to her and call her back, because she doesn't want to feel like a whore, and if you pull away she'll try harder to draw you back it seems trite but it's not just talking about emotional power to determine how the other person feels. its a very discursive understanding of power as being the one with the ability to retroactionally determine what an event or action meant if the girl agrees to sleep with you, then all your efforts wooing her over is just a demonstration of your ability to satisfy her, if she doesn't, then you're a loser. who you are as a person is determined by her choice to have sex with you if a guy won't text and call and treat you well after sex, then you're just a whore, you had a one night stand, you meant nothing. if he's nice to you and spends time with you and takes you on dates even though he has nothing "further" to gain then well it's just love at first night i mean tate can't possibly be more evil than foucault, can he?

A lot of men firmly believe that women are comparing them to their past sex partners. Are some? Sure, probably. But as a hoe, the main thing sleeping around taught me: no one is good at everything, no one is into everything, & *I bring the good sex to the table.* Inexperienced guys tend to believe that men perform & women receive. But that's just... not true. A woman's attitude in bed matters hugely. So yeah, one guy may have been great at X, another at Y. But they sucked at A & B & wouldn't even do C or D! So comparing people is pointless; there is no one ideal sex partner. And having a lot of sex makes you realize just how vast & endless the bedroom is. There are always new things to try, new firsts to have with someone, new ways to do the same things. Sex with a committed partner only stagnates when you stop discovering new things together. So stop fixating on the idea that her exes had a bigger dick or got her off more or whatever the hell you're picturing. She's with *you*. Lose the neuroticism & ENJOY IT. (and try something new tonight!)

@jess_ann_pin My first date with my wife was at Fridays . I think it’s a false association between inexpensive locales for first dates vs interest/ effort . I’d say that’s probably more true free the first couple of dates

If there was ONLY ONE EXERCISE, I was allowed to do, for the rest of my life, it would be this. Better and safer than a barbell deadlift or barbell squat. The best for old people. It hits my WHOLE BODY in one move. Super functional, translates to real life. Yes or no?
