@ChasersFrame I did have mine since release so that might have had sobering happen with the previous bios. Other than changing back to Intel defaults and undervolting didn't know there was anything else to do to it.

@ChasersFrame That might be true but at least it won't melt itself to death. At least not yet... already had to replace a 14900k myself even though it was undervolted since I got it. It has been replaced with a 9950x3d now.

Your motherboard is "spreading" your clock signal to reduce EMI. This adds jitter to your base clock. BIOS > Advanced > Disable "Spread Spectrum". Tighter clocks = tighter frames.
