@SkyHelpTeam The Dolby Atmos sound keeps dropping out (about a second at a time) on Sky Sports Main Event UHD - it did during the games yday and it's doing it again now. I knows it's not my audio system - is anyone looking into this issue please?

Hi @British_Airways - I'd like to report/discuss a disappointing and frankly embarrassing experience that myself and my parents had to endure yesterday on the BA555 flight from Rome due to your system double booking our extra leg room seats - could someone contact me please?

@madebygoogle To confirm, we used find my device, located the enable secure and erase feature, and got a pop up on the computer we were using, but nothing happened to the tablet (that was on at the time)

@madebygoogle The remote access didn't seem to do anything, and we can't access the settings menu (as the screen is logged) to factory reset there - is there another shortcut upon bootup? Power button and volume button etc?

@googlenexus @Google Hi team, I bought my Mum a Pixel C tablet back from the Google store back in Nov '17, but she's suffering an issue where she can reboot the tablet and enter her PIN to start Android okay, but then the same PIN can't be used to unlock the screen? Can you help?
