The first draft of The Chief Two Guns White Calf Trademark Integrity Act of 2025 complete. The amendment is simple, force the examination & registration of attorneys & non-attorneys at the USPTO, without taking any statutory authority away from the USPTO under U.S.C. 35.

According to sources, Senator John Thune met with Mark Zuckerberg yesterday, following Meta Platforms losing twice in court. Thune has been a key figure in blocking legislation that would hold Meta accountable for the sexual exploitation of children on Instagram.

One Senator .@brianschatz voted against .@SenJohnKennedy’s resolution to withhold the chambers pay until after the shutdown is over, after casting his vote Shatz fled the Complex effectively shutting the motion down, this left everyone scratching their heads wondering if he could do this and of course the Senate parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough (D) allowed it. .@LeaderJohnThune was well within his authority to make a change at the parliamentarian position the instant he received the gravel…and here we are.

Today, I tried to pass my resolution to stop senators’ pay during government shutdowns. The Democrats objected without explaining why. My resolution is about shared sacrifice.
