After saving 92 million lives over two decades, combatting diseases such as HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, polio, and reducing maternal and child deaths, and fighting malnutrition — Elon Musk, Trump, and Marco Rubio made the choice to gut USAID and allow families, mothers, and children to die needlessly. It's the same choice the fascist authoritarian Trump regime is making in the US with Medicaid and SNAP benefits. To please the pedophile president, cruel and sadistic Republicans have made a conscious decision to give tax breaks to billionaires, rather than life saving health care to children, working class families, and the elderly.
