This is just one location engaging in massive fraud. Imagine how many others are out there and how much of your hard-earned money is being set on fire because of fraudsters.

The ETF XRT is still on Regsho. ETFs are how stocks that are heavily shorted are targeted because ETFs have different loopholes purposely left open by the SEC.
A good example is one I just found today which is the ETF IJR being used to short HTZ. What they both have in common is that XRT and IJR are both ETFs composed of companies which are more vulnerable to short attacks.
It should be pretty easy to see who got information about Hertz's capital raise and front run it. That is criminal in case you didn't know. And now, funds that require stocks they hold to be above $3 are forced to sell it. Also the closer it gets to $1 the threat of delisted makes the stock less attractive. This is all by design.
So please do you job! Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Hey @SECGov, @The_DTCC and @FINRA, XRT has been on the Regsho Threshold securities list 46 trading days now, which is 33 more than is legally allowed. Who ever is responsible for taking care of this should be investigated!

5 family members were just killed during a series of shootings in Illinois.

I just spoke to @j_fishback about naked short selling & market manipulation. He knew all about it. I told him I’m a $BBBYQ $GME investor & the hedge funds are purposely diving once great American companies into the ground so they never have to pay for their synthetic shares. He said he used to be a hedge fund and is very aware of this and plans to talk about it more. Here he is giving a shoutout to my daughter who wanted to be there today but is 3 hours away at college. I have high hopes for this guy!

In speaking with numerous ICE sources today, most are expressing frustration that this will cause their arrest numbers to fall off a cliff while in effect. A large majority of their arrests involve vehicle stops. They will now largely have to rely on court arrests, detainer transfers, USCIS interviews, or “consensual encounters”/roving patrols on foot to make arrests in bigger numbers.
ICE prefers to target people in their vehicles instead of their homes because homes require a judicial warrant to enter and vehicles are considered safer (someone can run into a home and grab a weapon etc) and targets can be followed to public areas where warrants aren’t required.
In all the ICE embeds I’ve done over the years, I would say 90% + of the targets were arrested in vehicle stops, though, they were egregious aliens (murderers, rapists etc), and those vehicle stops are still allowed to continue for now. This will have a bigger impact on targets in the U.S. illegally who have committed no other crimes.

BREAKING: Per multiple federal sources to @FoxNews, ICE has been instructed to immediately cease most vehicle stops during immigration enforcement operations nationwide, except for operations targeting the most egregious criminal aliens. This comes after two people were killed by ICE in shootings in TX and ME in the last week in incidents that began as vehicle stops. DHS alleges one of those incidents was a ramming attempt. I’m told this will be temporary until ICE officers receive new training on vehicle stops. The policy change will have significant impacts as many of ICE’s arrests begin as vehicle stops when they find and follow a target, as we’ve witnessed on multiple embeds. More to come as we get it. I've sold on $eBay for nearly 10 years with 100% positive feedback and built an original automotive brand from the ground up. Today I searched for one of my flagship products in an incognito browser... and couldn't find my listings in the first 5+ pages. Instead, I found copycats selling knockoffs of my designs. After digging in, I discovered my account is rated "Below Standard" because of 18 inventory cancellations out of 749 transactions (2.4%). Not because of unhappy customers. Not because of returns. Not because of negative feedback. My feedback is still 100%. I called eBay support hoping someone could review the situation. The response was essentially, "There's nothing we can do." That's frustrating as a small business owner. Customer satisfaction, product quality, and a decade of reputation seem to matter less than a single metric crossing an arbitrary threshold. Imagine what a marketplace could look like if it actually prioritized seller reputation, customer satisfaction, and original products while making it easier to deal with counterfeit and copycat listings. That's one of the reasons I'm excited about the potential of GameStop $GME acquiring eBay. More competition in marketplaces means sellers and buyers both win. Small businesses deserve better.

The truth comes out. Biden’s Stasi who claimed to be saving “our sacred democracy” in fact worked overtime to destroy it - all for power. They spied on Catholic churches, prosecuted pro-lifers, deployed the FBI against parents at school board meetings - and tried to tap the phones of their political enemies. Including mine. This is an abuse of power beyond Watergate, beyond J. Edgar Hoover, one that directly strikes at the Constitution, the separation of powers, and the First Amendment. We need a full investigation of all involved: who knew about it, who ordered it, and who approved it. Anyone and everyone who violated the law must be prosecuted. The way to save the country is to restore the rule of law.
