I honestly cannot roll my eyes hard enough at the calls for Maresca to be sacked. They’ve popped up again, like mould in a damp bathroom. Yes, he made mistakes yesterday, several, in 'record-breaking' time. Extenuating circumstances matter. Since February, we’ve lost 3 league games and won 22 of the last 30. That’s not failure, that’s borderline sorcery in this league. Do you really think we’ll find some magical manager who gives us those numbers without the odd wobble? Please. This isn’t 2005 anymore, hire and fire is as outdated as MySpace. Stability is what works now. Let’s not forget, we’re literally the World Champions. Arsenal, City, Liverpool fans can laugh all they like, but if they had won it, your timeline would be nothing but victory parades, TikTok edits, and hashtags about destiny. Don’t let their downplaying fool you. So please… take a step back, breathe, and maybe, just maybe, stop asking for the manager’s head every time we drop points. Who am I kidding... #CFC

This Chelsea squad needs a full rebuild, and I’m talking a FULL rebuild over a few seasons, we have wasted £1bn and arguably need to spend more again.
