@ZacksJerryRig @Evautoalex Do you have proof its always less than 3 cars at any given time? or are you just pulling this out of your arse? and why does less than 3 not count? are you the author of the universal dictionary?

Nope. With less than 3 "Unsupervised" cars moving at any given time you can bet each one of them has a whole dedicated team monitoring each camera. Otherwise tesla would scale. But they can't. So they don't. It's a great level 2 system though! 👍 FSD is level 2 pretending to be level 4 and that's where the fraud is.

Congrats on 10B Supervised Miles... but the bigger question is: When will the unsupervised number of miles change from 0 to 1?

Tesla's global fleet has just officially crossed 10 billion miles driven on FSD (Supervised)! Tesla owners are collectively driving on average 1,000 miles every 3 seconds on FSD, which is 28.8 million miles per day.

Elon Musk just embarrassed himself in court. He admitted there was no written agreement for his early OpenAI donation, while also acknowledging xAI partly used OpenAI models in training. At this point, I genuinely do not see how he wins this lawsuit. He’s cooked.

@Travis_Sawchik @wholemars @Tesla_AI @elonmusk I'm not Anti-FSD. I've used my Tesla to drive from south Florida to northern Virginia and back. I've used FSD on 200 miles each way trips to Orlando. I'm about 85% of FSD use. Still, I don't like the idea of autonomous semi trucks. If you can't understand why, that's on you.

I stand with @Teamsters. We do not have planes without pilots. We need drivers on trucks for safety, edge cases, and inclement weather. AI should be for the people, not just billionaires. I will continue to fight for legislation to stand up for truck drivers that was vetoed.

🚨 Musk vs OpenAI's lawyer — the cross-examination exchanges William Savitt — Wachtell Lipton's lead defense lawyer, Supreme Court clerk, trained to break witnesses. Savitt opens with a misleading premise. Musk: "You're being misleading. What you're saying is false." Savitt tries again with a different loaded frame. Musk: "Your questions are not simple. They are designed to trick me." Savitt demands a yes or no answer to a complicated question. Musk: "If you ask a question where there is no possible simple answer, I must give a longer answer because any simple answer would be misleading the jury." Musk reaches for an analogy: "The classic answer to a yes or no question is not so simple. For example, if you ask the question 'will you stop beating your wife?'..." Judge Gonzalez Rogers cuts him off: "No, we're not gonna go there." The courtroom laughs. Savitt apologizes for the question. Musk: "I find it funny you saying it wasn't an unfair question since you're only asking unfair questions." Savitt: "I'm doing my best." Musk: "That is not true." OpenAI's lawyer came to break Musk. Musk wasn't having it.

The California Coastal Commission has issued a formal apology to @elonmusk and SpaceX, adding that it will not consider political views or speech in future regulatory decisions. • The Commission admits some officials made politically biased and improper statements about SpaceX and Elon Musk • It formally apologizes for those remarks • Agrees it will not consider political views or speech in future regulatory decisions • The Commission will NOT require coastal permits for most launch operations at Vandenberg Full statement: "The Commission agrees that it may not consider irrelevant factors in performing its function and specifically agrees that it will not take into account the perceived political beliefs, political speech, or labor practices of SpaceX or its officers in considering any regulatory action concerning SpaceX. The Commission acknowledges that Commissioners made statements, including during their October 10, 2024, hearing on the Base’s Falcon 9 launch program, that showed political bias against SpaceX and its CEO and were improper. The Commission apologizes for those statements, as set forth in the signed letter attached as Exhibit C." This filing means that SpaceX and the California Coastal Commission have reached a settlement in their federal lawsuit, and it provides long-term regulatory clarity for SpaceX for future Falcon 9 launches.

Today I drove to Orlando on a brand new version of FSD v14.3.2 to go fly for a few days. This was the day after earnings where many felt disappointed about the release date of unsupervised FSD on our current platforms. After I landed in Las Vegas, I took a walk around town, all I could see were other autonomous driving platforms trying to reach unsupervised. They are everywhere here. This morning I pressed "start self driving" at 5 AM, I didn't disengage until I got to Orlando at 7:30 AM. Unsupervised timelines do not matter to me. This technology and current version of FSD has changed the way I live, work, and commute. Tell everyone you know, talk about it as much as you can in your own circles. We are the only ones that can communicate this. It takes subject matter experts to explain what is happening right now because we are at such an early stage. @tesla_ai
