When someone says the US obesity rate is 40%+ people get upset, bring up outliers, and talk about how BMI is 'inaccurate'. So recently, doctors suggested a new measure that also considers waist circumference, waist hip ratio, and body fat scans. It estimates 70% are obese lol.

Watched it today with my son. He said it was the scariest movie he has ever seen. I’m a big horror fan and I don’t get scared easily but I have to admit I did get a shock towards the end with the scene where… I’ll stop right there as I don’t want to spoil it for everyone. 😅 Modern horror is not that great but I’d say this is definitely in the tops.

Watched Backrooms in the theater. The low budget shouldn’t be the news, it being a great story, terrifying scares, great acting and directing is the real headline. The world view is a lot of psychology but that doesnt go far enough. I’m guessing there is an interdimensional evil force capable of replicating anything but it’s not perfect at it. No spoilers because this is great intrigue and really creative monsters. I’m easily scared and don’t like it but this one didn’t trouble me so much because there is so much more working than just scares. It’s a great movie.
