ביצוע של גמר 🌟 יובל רפאל - New Day Will Rise

We are deeply saddened and shocked by the senseless attack in the early hours of this morning at the Hatzola Northwest ambulance base. Hatzola NW, along with all Hatzola organisations, provides life-saving services without discrimination, regardless of faith or background. It is extremely distressing and difficult to comprehend that such a vital service could be targeted and attacked in such a way. We are working closely with the police and relevant support agencies to ensure the safety and security of our premises and resources, so that we can continue to respond swiftly to emergencies.

FF/EMT Michael Altman of Truck Co. 47 was injured yesterday while fighting a residential fire in the Rogers Park neighborhood. Today, FF/EMT Altman succumbed to his injuries. We are asking for prayers for the entire Altman family & the CFD family during this trying time.

Mayor Johnson's own commission made unanimous recommendations to combat an alarming spike in antisemitism, and the report is collecting dust on his desk. Proud to join @50thWardChicago, @ChicagoJCRC, @ADLMidwest, and other allies to call for action now.

I joined Jewish leaders from across Chicago to urge Mayor Brandon Johnson to address the crisis of anti-Jewish hate in our city. City data shows a disturbing 58% rise in antisemitism, with fully one-third of all reported hate crimes impacting Jewish residents of Chicago. The Mayor’s own Commission on Human Relations unanimously issued recommendations on how to curb this disturbing trend, but no action has been taken by City Hall. Jewish Chicagoans are demanding the Mayor act now to keep our community safe. abc7chicago.com/post/jewish-le…

Proud to stand with @ADLMidwest @AJCGlobal @JUFChicago and others to call upon Mayor Johnson to address the 58% rise in anti-Jewish hate crimes and implement the unanimously-approved recommendations of the city's Commission on Human Relations to keep all Chicagoans safe.

City Council just passed (48-1) my ordinance that updates the noise sensitive zone ordinance to support the diverse religious communities across Chicago. I’m proud to have worked alongside my colleagues & @JUFChicago to protect places of worship from harassment.
