@Chikeracchi

The real dividing line, is between people who believe in coexistence and those who don't

@afalli It would clearly get better. There is nothing like this than runs smoothly first time around. Remember when they introduced automatic gates at airports in the Uk. It was a complete nightmare.

@je_mc2 And 39 points would have been enough to survive relegation for how many years?

Requirement Already Satisfied
Arsenal's points tally is the second lowest in about 25 years. The lowest was Leicester of humble origins. Very understandable.

Great recommendation, thank you, Tactical.

@TgMacro I’ve been long $BCI (Bloomberg all commodity ETF) since Dec 25 based on @TgMacro commodity call. Paid a very healthy dividend year end last year, as well. $BCI is my biggest winner YTD Highly recommend TG’s Navigator newsletter.

@albieamankona @KemiBadenoch @JamesCleverly @pritipatel Almost as if the 14 years in power hasn’t been forgotten. But alas, reform also has no magic answers too. So they too will learn their lesson until we are forced to learn our lesson when we go broke and go to the IMF for a bail out.

Has Britain forgotten the Conservatives even exist? 👀 If Essex, Tory heartland and home to some of the party’s biggest names, turns from blue to Reform turquoise, does @KemiBadenoch has a serious problem? 🗳️ This is the territory of @KemiBadenoch, @JamesCleverly, @pritipatel and @RicHolden. If the Conservatives cannot hold Essex, what does the future hold? 🔵➡️🩵 #UKPolitics #Conservatives #ReformUK #Essex #LocalElections @conservatives @reformparty_uk @Nigel_Farage @lbc @lewis_goodall

@AndrewDBailey @maluna_cap This should be a relative to who each other was in their prime, so compare prime Chuck vs. Houston Chuck and prime Dray to current Dray and then measure the relative drop to see who had the greater drop in performance with age.

Got an email notifying me of my fixed rate energy tariff coming to an end and went to check how much I paid in 2021, before the Russian invasion and it is just astounding how much more it costs now. Near treble in my case

Natural England have decided that £700m spent protecting fish isn’t enough. They want EDF to do even more before they’ll let them switch the plant on. This will cause a big delay. Put simply, Natural England is a threat to our energy security. telegraph.co.uk/business/2026/…

@afalli No doubt a portion moves through a parallel system, however, the bottleneck of physically getting it to your shop from which ever port (sea or air) is where this story comes unstuck. De minimis only goes so far before scale catches up with you and Nigerian customs officers

Macron has a point. Next to the chaotic US, Europe is looking like a really attractive place. It’s stable, rules-based, sensible, good quality of life, hosts the world’s leading science programme…

French President Macron: “Europe is an extremely attractive continent. For months I’ve been saying this, and thanks to our American friends, I now have an unprecedented selling point: We are predictable.”

@Ssaasquatch @afalli It is and always will remain an AUM game. Collecting 1% on bigger AUM is and always has been the prize. And obviously the bigger the AUM, the less your flexibility and the more correlated with the index you are because your investment universe shrinks.

@DavidHenigUK Fundamentally, monetary policy. Right now it’s quite the opposite, you can’t print barrels of oil. It’s very simple. Would love to hear the argument of how being less of an energy importer wouldn’t help the current situation.

Might have to do a daily reminder that UK inflation went up to 27% after an oil-price crisis in the more self-reliant 1970s. Far too many folk wanting to use every opportunity to talk up the opportunity to smash the global economy through weaponisation and self-sufficiency.
