Hi @Swiggy @SwiggyCares , @ChineseWokIn your refund policy is a scam. You gave me a coupon that only works at the same outlet I had issues with,yet it won’t apply to any items duringIPL.Why give a refund if you’re going to block everyway to use it?Fix your system.#CustomerService

@GTPLHathwayLtd Hi, I raised a complaint yesterday morning, but it was marked as resolved without the issue being fixed. They raised another request as well, and more than 24 hours have now passed. There is still no internet connection from our end.

Hi @Olacabs , In ahmedabad I faced extra charges with extra toll check price , here the ride is ended with price rs 353 but he charged 585+150 toll check price in airport. Please look into it.
