A week since chatting with @EtihadHelp in DM to multiple agents. No change in situation. No one has called or given any new updates. It's still at Case officer is checking and will reach out to you when they can. @etihad please do better.

@EtihadHelp More than 6 weeks later, I am still waiting for any acceptance of the damage or apologies. Twitter DM team keeps repeating that case officer will get back and they can't give me any contact for case officer to be contacted directly. @etihad I had better expectations! Sigh!

@etihad @EtihadHelp Flew into Abu Dhabi a month ago and bags were offloaded to flight the next day due to capacity issues. They were delivered next day as promised but with damage to one of them. We raised a ticket with baggage service company and they asked for photos (1/3)

@EtihadHelp Yes Tony, I requested to contact case officer directly to discuss since it's his authority to decide on the case. Can you provide that in the DM?

I LOVE Cottonmouth, but he’s kinda overrated. Not because he’s bad, but because yall ONLY TALK ABOUT HIM, and NONE of the other AMAZING villains in Luke Cage! Bushmaster was FAR more compelling, and the BEST villain we’ve ever seen! Mariah and Shades were PEAK. Season 2 of Luke Cage is peak television, and is way too underrated.

Hello @deepigoyal, what are you smoking? A plane taking off from a 50–100 meter runway isn’t “disruption” it’s attempted disaster. Runways are 3-4 kilometers long because physics doesn’t care about your LinkedIn confidence. And without ATC, proper airport infra, immigration, security, fire & rescue… what is this? A flight plan or a final destination script? It’s peak delusion with a microphone. Complete nonsense.
