I once had a very talented boss who also happened to be an atrocious human. There were four people in the office in particular who hated him. One of them, the head deacon of his church, would tell me, "People like him don't end well."
All four of those people are now dead (three died before age 60), but that boss is now in his 80s, rich and seemingly content, playing golf every day, with a new young bride.

@IterIntellectus For a lot of cases, absolutely. However, those things don’t apply well for childhood trauma/schemas.
Trying to determine who needs to fix daily routines vs. psychiatric help gets muddied by narcissistic therapists that take advantage of patients with trust issues.

"Therapy" is insane because it appears to be one of the most legitimately dangerous practices with the potential to gigafry your brain but is exclusively taken by literal turbonormies who unironically want to like "heal internalized racism trauma" and basically get oneshotted by it.
