@ubereats_uk I ordered a pizza, dough balls and cheesecake with you. I didn’t receive the cheesecake & reported it & received a disgraceful reply saying you won’t do anything about it. That is theft.

@thetrainline I wasn’t able to use my ticket to reach Glasgow on a different train because all trains to Glasgow were cancelled. I won’t be using the return on Sunday because I wasn’t able to travel.

@thetrainline my train to Glasgow&all others today cancelled. Your website says in this case I need to check provider’s policy. Provider says if I didn’t buy tickets through them I have to go where I bought the tix. This is crazy! It shouldn’t be so hard2get a refund! Pls help

@Uber_Support It’s ok. By fluke I managed to get this escalated to an actual human being who has apologised and given me a refund.

@Uber_Support 1/2 I ordered takeout on uber eats last night. One item never arrived. I contacted your app & got a response that basically said, you’ve had price adjustments before (I haven’t) so we won’t do anything. I asked if you were accusing me of lying & got the same msg.

2/2 what the hell? I previously had a waitrose order with mouldy tomatoes & you wouldn’t do anything about that either despite photo evidence. Unless I get an apology & credit I’m never using your shoddy company again.

@evrisupportline it says a lot about your service that you can’t even be bothered to reply to me. My aunt said she thinks your company is terrible & it seems she is right.
