NEW: The spring breaker who was seen dancing on top of a Jeep in Port Aransas, Texas, has sadly died. 22-year-old Michael Brown suffered a fatal head injury and passed away on Friday, according to local reports. The driver of the Jeep, Riley Rhoades, was arrested at the scene for driving drunk. Brown was reportedly thrown from the car after Rhoades crashed into a Tesla.
