@Se_Railway are you able to clarify what type of animals these were? Seen this reason a lot more frequently on the TW/Hastings line over summer and it’d be good to know what’s causing it.

@Se_Railway what’s up with the 23:54 from London Bridge to Hastings? Been sat outside Lewisham for a while and can’t hear any announcements in our carriage….

@Se_Railway I was delayed on a service on 7th Oct that I paid for using contactless. TFL’s cyber attack means I still can’t access my contactless journey history to complete a delay repay form - will I be able to claim after the usual 28 day limit if they don’t fix it soon?

@AvantiWestCoast I have an advance single for the cancelled 16:35 from Manchester Piccadilly to Euston. Can I travel on the 16:25 or 15:55?

@Se_Railway Hi @Se_Railway, can see the 21:46 train from CX to Tunbridge Wells is still delayed - is this due to the same issue? And should passengers for Orpington get the 21:40 slow service instead?

@Se_Railway can I please check why Trainline is showing no direct / fast trains from Orpington into London tomorrow from 7:30-9:30? Suggesting to go back and change at Sevenoaks but can’t see any explanation on your website

@Se_Railway Currently sat at Hither Green on the 18:55 from London Bridge to Hastings. Haven’t moved for 30 mins now. Any idea when we will be on our way?

⚠️NEW: Due to a fault with the signalling system near #TunbridgeWells, trains cannot run between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings. Network Rail are working to resolve the fault. Updates to follow.

@passportwaiting Haven't seen many updates for Belfast, so sharing my timeline in case helpful: docs received 20th Oct and app approved 10th Nov. Rang to get my travel date added to file although not sure if that sped it up or not. Expected TNT delivery tomorrow.

@passportwaiting Just had an approval from Durham - docs received on the 21st of sept. Thats 2 out of 3 now just waiting on Belfast -Docs received 16th sept.

@AmyMelia5 Nothing yet either. Mine went into 'Application Processing' (which I think is the slower route?) on 22nd Oct and hasn't moved since. But also have my fingers crossed for this week!🤞 Have got travel dates flagged on my file now too - unsure if it's done much to help though...

@laurawillingal Hi Laura - what date did they end up printing and posting yours out to you on? Was it a big delay from being approved? Likewise Belfast and still in processing, but trying to add up timelines to see if I'll be ok for my holiday!

@gillthewlis @HM_Passport Mine went into processing on 24th Sept, after docs received on 23rd. Mine was approved Friday just gone - although not heard about printing/delivery as yet x

@Emmsalea @passportwaiting That's great they were able to help! Was this an advisor on the main helpline, or someone in the progress team? I keep asking for a note to be added to my file about holiday date, but they're saying it's not possible...

@passportwaiting After calling as I’d had the old passport received notification again 25/10 being told it’s sent to a dif office as they were too busy. Advisor put note about 07/11 holiday and it’s now on its way. So relieved.

@HM_Passport Please PLEASE help us. We need an emergency passport/renewal. Online update is "in progress". We have asked for updates via all methods but heard nothing further. We need to travel ASAP

Don’t book travel without a valid passport. Apply early, and apply online – it’s the easiest and cheapest way to get your British passport. Do it now at: gov.uk/renewpassport

@francesca_cane @passportwaiting Did you get yours approved in time? In a similar situation in terms of needing to amend a holiday if I don't receive an update soon...

@passportwaiting Applied back in August...fly in just over 3 weeks. Need to amend our holiday in a couple of days if we don't get any news. Waiting for that "approved" notification😟

@AmyMelia5 @passportwaiting I'm the same - realised and applied on 18th Oct, fly out 3rd Dec, wish I'd done fast track! Tried to cancel the app, get old passport back and go through 1week instead, but told this could take even longer so am now anxiously waiting. Any update on yours?

@passportwaiting Can anyone try to put my mind at rest .. I fly out 4th December only realised today passport has expired. Done renewal online and sent old passport next day delivery to Peterborough. Regret not paying extra now to get it faster just for the peace of mind 😩
