If both parties MAXXED OUT on gerrymandering, the House would end up with 262 Republicans to 173 Democrats -- according to leftist FiveThirtyEight. That's because Republicans control more state governments with multiple districts, and Democrat voters congregate in cities. This makes it easy-peazy to pack Dem voters into fewer districts.
