Disappointed with @currys customer service — issues with an undelivered product, took almost 30 mins to speak to someone, no help offered, and my call was ended when I asked to escalate. Can someone please get in touch to help resolve this?

Emergency Operation for me! On Saturday my husband noticed a small black circle in my blind eye, I was excited thinking I had a pupil again, but by Sunday my left eye was extremely painful and couldn’t tolerate light, so I patched it up and put it down to old injuries. (1/5)

@BritishGas - my mother, cancer, my father, Alzheimers, OAOs, on your ‘vulnerable’ list. No heating, no hot water. You were called this AM, told them you attend today (numerous times), 20.45, your engineer called to say a mistake was made, so no-one attending tonight. Appalling
