for the past 3 weeks, I've completely automated SEO for my painting business using gpt codex. Results have been crazy. I wired a bunch of tools to codex to do analysis and once a week, codex will take a single action based on analyzing the data from all the results. Been posting "stories" from our cleaning business on Nextdoor 1-2x a week. No selling or promotions, just stories, and we've gotten over 100k impressions over the last month from people directly in our target city. Trying to build as much brand exposure as possible, and people love wholesome stories.

Surreal moment as a business owner today. Cleaner texted us saying they plan on buying a house soon from the money she saved up. Maybe im paying my people too much 😂

@ChrisCleaning28 I have been having this issue too. Simply raising all our prices would definitely help although at the moment I’m not too focused on squeezing out profits

Thinking about providing a set number of hours to each onetime cleaning and if the go over that, we charge x per hour additional. Too many times we arrive to a house and we are just not charging enough. It’s too much to expect some of my cleaners to recognize it at the start of a cleaning. Any thoughts?
