@OPoliticsguru If the laws are ignored and the Courts choose to be powerless to enforce, doesn’t really matter what the provisions are.

Ohio's 2015 and 2018 redistricting reforms were based on a similar calculus.
However, those reforms were only designed to work as long as Ohio remained a swing state.
Hopefully Wisconsin comes up with a more timeless solution.

In re: Behn's performance as a candidate, her showing was essentially "replacement-level" for 2025 specials so far. She did 13 pts better than Harris, the exact same average overperformance for Ds in specials this year per @downballotnews
