My toxic trait is procrastinating a 4-hour task ALL week so that I manage to spend 40 hours thinking about the task in addition to the 4 hours getting it done. Then acknowledging these facts. Rinse, repeat.

I don't think there's a social media manager alive that actually knows how to work anything in Meta Business Suite--it's just Googling "How do I _____," asking other SMMs, and crying...lots and lots of crying. Seriously, Meta Business Suite is just such a convoluted mess.

Very exciting times for all industries! From a marketing standpoint, we are most excited about video capabilities AND the potential benefits for reporting that will build more capacity for driving impact. Hopefully less extinction and more evolution overall!
