@stwater 3 months on from reporting this leak (ref 2007260494) it’s still not fixed. You contacted me multiple times about issues I hadn’t reported but never about this.

@bt_uk I take it all back! Utter shambles. Now in my second hour and 4th call centre trying to sort out the mess.
