@SouthernRailUK Is the wrong answer. "tickets are getting accepted on another train company that tickets are valid on anyways". Bizarrely, @SW_Help were better by confirming local acceptance on buses (I know, I'm surprised too). How do I complain about you intentionally misleading customers?

When your day starts with an email from @HMRCgovuk saying you owe tax, likely because @PHU_NHS financial incompetence extends to continuing to pay their staff after they've left. Queue a fun day of emails to @NHS_SBS because they also haven't bothered to issue me a P45. Sigh.
