@esccroads (2) in September 2023. The drains were not cleared and now our stables have been flooded. An invoice for the clearing of 5 stables and moving 5 horses follows.

@esccroads I have tried to call you about the drains along our road (Arlington Road West BN27 3RD). I reported the problem almost a year ago and you sent a truck to the wrong place (by about 200 yards) and when I mentioned this, I was informed that the drain would be cleared (1)
