6 years ago, conservatives were raising the alarm about Denver. Kyle Clark, in a now-deleted tweet, mocked the concern as being "afraid to come into Denver because of talk radio fear-mongering."
6 years later, Denver has the highest office vacancy rate in America. Buildings are being sold for pennies on the dollar. Restaurants are closing weekly, and the city is collapsing.
Under Democratic leadership, Colorado has become the 3rd-most-expensive state. Last night's socialist embrace confirms Colorado is doubling down on bad policies.
Colorado will get more expensive, more businesses will leave, families will move, and the state will follow Denver's demise.

GOP Gov candidate Scott Bottoms says he’d probably offer a role in his administration to his good friend Joe Oltmann, the MAGA podcaster who has called for the executions of the “Synagogue of Satan Jews” running Colorado. “Assuming it’s not around Jewish people,” Bottoms said.

It really is tragic how much institutional knowledge is being flushed out of our government agencies. Total disregard for tens of thousands of dedicated public servants. And don’t give me the “gotta tighten our belts” BS as the deficit grows by trillions.

Wildfire season is weeks away. The West is in record drought. And the Trump administration just announced it is shutting down 57 of the 77 Forest Service research stations that tell us how bad it is going to get and what to do about it. We already know how this ends. When Trump moved the Bureau of Land Management out of Washington in his first term, 87 percent of the staff quit rather than relocate. The same thing is happening here. Scientists are not going to uproot their families and abandon university partnerships. They are going to leave. And when they leave, decades of data, research, and institutional knowledge walk out the door with them. The Forest Service oversees 193 million acres. It lost nearly 6,000 employees to DOGE cuts in just the first half of last year. Now it is gutting the research operation that tells land managers what is actually happening to those forests in real time. California alone is losing six research facilities, right before fire season. My teams certified "Peoples Ballot Initiatives to exempt 50% of Assessed Value" or your residence will be Placed on Ballot in November 2026. It is your backstop and firewall if the current Budget Session fails to reduce all these taxes.
Despite the false narrative that Wyoming is a “low tax state” promulgated by the governmentalists across our state, the taxpayers see it differently. People are far better stewards of their money than the government. I will leave the taxes with the taxpayer.
You know we are paying excessive residential property taxes when there is excess of $30 Billion is in Savings and the government still spends $7 billion a year. Need I mention $100s of millions on Blue and Green Climate Initiatives and alternative Wind and Solar subsidies for billionaire corporations?
Need Proof you are overtaxed? The state of Wyoming has over $30,000,000,000 (billion) of your tax dollars in various reserve accounts managed by the Treasurer. The government has no money. It is your money.
Action
– Abolish the $650 million in Residential property taxes.
– Cut the sales tax from 4% to 3%, which is $325 Million.
– End the .24 cent per gallon fuel tax of $160 million.
– Reduce taxes by $28 million, on agriculture farms and ranches.

FCC Chair: Trump is winning. Look at the results—PBS and NPR defunded. Joy Reid, Sleepy-Eyed Chuck Todd, Jim Acosta, John Dickerson are gone. Colbert is leaving. CBS is under new ownership, and soon enough CNN will have new ownership as well.
