TLDR Fluoride is a TOOL to get decay under control. If you don’t have cavities, you don’t need fluoride. If your mouth is jacked, it’s gonna help get the situation under control. Hydroxyapatite is a safer alternative but not as potent. There you go, that's nuance mfer (mic drop)
