@Mormolykeia I've noticed that a lot of people like us have remarked that their lunula on their fingernails is now absent. That is the half moon near the nail bed. When I heard this I checked mine and they were gone. May be a vascular problem of the small blood vessels.

So anyone else have multiple beau's lines on their nails, and their hair falls out every few months? #MEcfs #LongCovid

@Mormolykeia Slowed digestion perhaps. I use vibration on my lower half of my abdomen and it sometimes seems to help.

Waves of nausea around the same time of day most days during PEM. Midday. Always midday. It's not a migraine. Not hunger. What else could be doing this? #MEcfs

There are some recurrent patterns in Long COVID and ME/CFS that I believe many are being left in the dark about. I’ll speak to this point later… 
What aspect(s) of your disease have proven most difficult for providers to explain in your particular case?

@joaniej0243 @JackHadfield14 I was never vaxxed only caught COVID in 2020. Still bedbound. I am aware many people have been vaccine damaged, but many are COVID damaged. I doubt my life experience has been acknowledged.

@ChristineGable3 @JackHadfield14 I'm quite aware of the damage from c0vid shots. I've been tracking the damage so long I knew for certain that the shots should have been completely halted by Feb. 2021. The damage is catastrophic with no end in sight.

I was 21 when I developed Long COVID. I’d just finished my aerospace engineering degree, ready to build technology that drives economic growth. I never got to start. I’ve been housebound for 5 years. I am one of millions.

@JackHadfield14 Amazing how many trolls go out of their way to be assholes. What is wrong with people. Just so everyone knows I got sick long term from COVID BEFORE the vaccine was available. I was a healthcare worker. Still bedbound 6 yrs.

@JackHadfield14 If this phenomena known as long covid even exists, apparently it’s quite rare and the vast majority that make this claim are vax injured. Yes, there are millions of vax injured people.

@elonmusk Even if they do get it passed who's to say they will follow the law. The voter rolls must be accessed and no excuse unless there is something to hide.

@healingfromlc I was an RN and have some medical education. I've been practically bedridden for 5-6 years, severe fatigue and brain fog. However, I still understand the basic function of the cell. When you have ran your marathon or lifted weights and get that burn. Me after a few minutes.

PEM is not the whole story. The same process that causes PEM (in my experience) also limits exertion immediately. Severe metabolic exhaustion and weakness that cannot be sustained and are felt *during* activity, not just afterward.

@RepMarkPocan There is plenty of time for citizens to get all that information, order marriage license or anything else that would be required. Not that big of a deal.

@RepMarkPocan I live in Florida and I had to show birth certificate plus other items to get my driver's license already.

There seems to be some confusion about the SAVE America Act. If it becomes law, you will NOT be able to vote with your drivers license alone. You’d need: 1. A passport, which more than half of Americans don’t have and costs at least $130 OR 2. A birth certificate PLUS your photo ID with matching names, which nearly 70 million married women lack OR 3. Military services papers (not a military ID alone) with sensitive info. I’m voting NO.
