@Chubb I’ve spent more than 2 months waiting for my request for an official response, and I’m honestly wondering if customer service is still operating. The lack of response and updates has been extremely disappointing. Please look into this urgently and provide a proper update.
2 months and still @Chubb Chubb Insurance still has not done anything. Come on man. My car is totaled and your driver is at fault according to the Police Report and the @Tesla video. Do the right thing. 2 months is a long time Happened on I-75 in Georgia. Chubb Insurance has dragged their feet. If you are thinking of Insurance, I would use caution with Chubb Insurance.

@chubb_singapore Despite many many e mails about claim 5170388186 you are still dodging us. Not ok !!! I have purchased your travel insurance for over 15 years and never once made a claim. Now, when we need you, you’re dragging your heels. The claim was filed in early January. 😡
Tesla caught everything when a truck hit me. Police ruled the driver at fault.
Now I’m trying to get a response from @Chubb Chubb Insurance with no luck.

@Chubb used to be the gold standard, been a customer for more than 20 years. Your company is a disgrace! You never fix info on policies, you hang up on customers. God forbid someone has a claim. #chubbsucks#chubb is no longer the best.

My father is a @Chubb retiree and was switched to @BravenHealth 01/01/26 for health ins. Multiple issues since then. Nothing resolved after 40+ days. Customer service atrocious. Parents are 88 and 86 and can't order prescriptions. Need action immediately. @danklamm
