$IonQ My name is Quantum Cat. Today it feels earned. IonQ (@IonQ_Inc, @sakacc) just dropped a 109-page blueprint for a fault-tolerant quantum computer — "The Walking Cat Architecture." The idea — the chip mints "cat states" (quantum bundles in two states at once, like Schrödinger's cat) in dedicated factories, then physically walks them across the chip to where the math happens. Only trapped ions can do this. The numbers: · 110 logical qubits · 2,514 physical qubits · 1M T-gates per day A surface code would need 17x more. Google and IBM say fault-tolerance needs millions of qubits. IonQ just showed the math for thousands. Oxford Ionics, Cambridge Quantum, SkyWater — the pieces aren't a portfolio anymore. What is the exact agenda for today’s NYSE presentation? Will there be a web cast for investors to watch? I’m not happy that I have to scour X and LinkedIN for posts about today’s event.
