@Chubb @BravenHealth @DanKlamm Update: Both companies asked for more information early AM. Provided same. No word since. No calls. No messages. Nothing. Completely fed up. Elderly people are ignored in this country.

My father is a @Chubb retiree and was switched to @BravenHealth 01/01/26 for health ins. Multiple issues since then. Nothing resolved after 40+ days. Customer service atrocious. Parents are 88 and 86 and can't order prescriptions. Need action immediately. @danklamm
