Residential customers are the fucking worst and not worth the hassle. That’s why you’re getting the run around. It’s not an extremely profitable job either and you’ll shop the quote and 9/10 homeowners go with the lowest bid.
Commercial or industrial is where the “legit” guy are working. They don’t work for homeowners bc it’s an actual waste of time.
If you think you can start a concrete company and do so much better than what you’ve experienced so far, best of luck to you. There’s levels to this shit and you’ll soon realize how much you weren’t aware of.
