The President and I alleged in our lawsuit contesting the 2020 election that approximately 5,000 votes had been cast in the names of voters for whom there was on file a death certificate that matched the name and year of birth of the voter. We needed the full birth dates to quantify the exact number of dead people voting. Raffensperger refused to turn over the birth dates to us unless we dropped the lawsuit first - a patently ridiculous demand that inflamed the President's frustration leading up to the telephone call. The President and I "verified" our lawsuit - swore to the truth of every claim - exposing ourselves to criminal liability for perjury if we lied. But Fani Willis and Nathan Wade never charged us with perjury or even mentioned the lawsuit in their "racketeering" indictment. They constructed their bogus "crime" theories in a fantasy world in which our lawsuit never existed.

Oh, Roberto... You circled Shelby County in Memphis. 53% Black. You circled DeKalb County outside Atlanta. 54% Black. You circled Jefferson County in Birmingham. 42% Black. 21 million Americans live inside the area you circled. About 4 million of them are Black. Even after having defended 91 J6 defendants it still bothers me when posters with zero understanding of that day make claims like this. On Jan. 6, 2021, the U.S. Capitol was still operating under the COVID-era closures. It was not open to the public for any reason. No visitors -- and that had nothing to do with Jan. 6. It was close on Jan. 5 and it was closed on Jan. 7. Only staff, members, and authorized press were inside -- same had been true for months.

HIS BOND HAS BEEN DENIED!!! According to police, Dillon Curtis followed a young woman, Emily to her car, where he shoved her and tried to hit her. She began calling 911 and he tried ripping her PHONE out of her hand while she was calling 911. Then he told her, in his own words: "I'm going to knock you out and drag you into the woods." Then two mountain bikers, Harvest and Trevor, drove up and the guy ran off. Emily is alive because of those two strangers. Dillon was ALREADY OUT ON BOND FOR FELONY KIDNAPPING when he tried to kidnap Emily off an Asheville trail... ...until today he was only charged with FOUR MISDEMEANORS. And the judge gave him only a $5,000 bond. Today, the police charged him AGAIN, this time with 2nd degree kidnapping. A felony. He will remain in prison and not allowed to terrorize another woman.
