How can the SEC let @Saylor get away with public comments that $STRC is suitable for retirees whose primary investment objectives are low-risk wealth preservation and income, and who don't want to risk losing principal? This is a violation of SEC antifraud and marketing rules.

I am writing from FPC Morgantown prison in West Virginia. @saylor switching from monthly to semi-monthly dividends doesn't change the underlying risk. when BTC drops 30% in a week, twice the payment dates just means twice the panic windows. "stabilize price" is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that sentence.

Strategy is proposing to pay semi-monthly dividends on $STRC, instead of monthly. No change to the annual dividend obligations or dividend rate. These proposed changes are intended to stabilize price, dampen cyclicality, drive liquidity, and grow demand.
