Ran a crypto market place pitch through MarketPhysics.eu engine today. The model flagged something that the founder hadn't seen. Thread🧵.

For the first time in my ecom journey I am now absolutely certain every few hours when I open Shopify that sales will have come in I hope I never stop appreciating this. It is honestly still an unreal feeling

@MediaKing Affiliate marketing is dying due the AI attributions because there is no way you can track the sessions and cookies within frontier models?

Day 13 of scaling to 1 mil a month Payment processor got completely cooked, held all the funds, then they finally got us back on. Got back up and getting setup on @whop payments processing Scaled to 16k day but shit roas wanna be real with you about how fucked it is 🤪 still getting humbled over here lol Switched it from buy 3 for the price of X To Buy 1 get 2 free Took it from 1.0 to 2.5 ROAS in 1 day, actually crazy how much semantics can do in DTC. Your offer is just as important as the creative Using any language that includes free is the difference between using a fishing poll and throwing a stick of dynamite 🧨 in the water, Looking like a 4-5k day Let’s see if we can rip it to 20k this weekend After we hit a mil in a month will drop all the sauce Comment “mil” if you want it

A body oil selling for €135 with 488 active ads and nearly 5 months of continuous spend. That's a premium product with serious ad volume behind it. €59.3K tracked spend is Europe only. But 100% of their traffic is coming from the US with just 5.5% from GB. They're running almost 500 different ad variations. That's not testing anymore. That's a full-scale creative operation finding every possible angle that converts at this price tier. The strategic gap is obvious: virtually zero European presence despite the product and creative infrastructure being built. If a €135 body oil works in the US market, France and Germany are sitting there waiting. Luxury beauty performs exceptionally well in both markets, and they already have the creative library to deploy immediately. Recent 7-day decline of 18.9% suggests either seasonal softening or creative fatigue setting in. With 488 ads already live, the refresh cycle needs to accelerate or they need to open new geographic channels to maintain momentum. See their full ad strategy here: searchthetrend.com/share/product/…

@alecsandrull Processing a single return costs merchants between €20 and €30 on average when you include inbound shipping (€8–12), warehouse inspection (€5–8), restocking labor, and potential markdowns on items that cannot go back to inventory as new. keepcard.io/blog/avoidable…

What a 100k/mo ecom operator actually does every day Morning → Check ad dashboards across all platforms → Review overnight sales and ROAS → Flag any creatives that died and queue replacements Midday → Review new creative briefs from the team → Check customer support tickets for product complaints → One call with supplier or fulfillment partner Afternoon → Approve or kill new ad tests → Review email campaign performance → 30 min competitor research on ad libraries Evening → Plan tomorrows creative tests → Review P&L not just revenue → Log what worked and what didnt

5️⃣ Plusieurs meet-up physiques organisés chaque année.

Profit margin matters more than revenue. A 7 figure business losing money is worse than a 6 figure business with margin.
