@jemmakb @TravelodgeUK @IslingtonBC Yes they have replied, apologies and remedial works been put in place. However, be warned, based on this experience, I tried to cancel 2 bookings I have for Travelodge in Edinburgh and Glasgow for July/August. They are refusing to give me a refund as I booked a super saver deal.

@TruthSignalUK Appalling if the Premier Inn have these diseased and dirty 3rd worlders staying in their hotels, I'd certainly never book a room with them again.. I have my suspicions about Travelodge based on a recent stay in Canning Town..

@irishkazza @TravelodgeUK Never understood people begging for compensation due their own errors, I’ve always just blamed myself and fixed whatever issue I had caused and took it as a lesson. Next time they do this it will be a £500 flight and you won’t be getting a penny back.

@mamamusey @luceC82 @irishkazza @TravelodgeUK @premierinn I have moved bookings back but as stated in original post they cancelled before contacting Travelodge. As others have said event night rooms go very quickly months if not years in advance when tour dates are announced
